KVKK Clarification Text

Information on the protection and processing of personal data in accordance with the Turkish Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

1. Data Controller

ALPAR AI is operated by Ercüment Erden. In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, personal data of visitors and registered users are processed by the data controller within the scope described below.

2. Purpose of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data (email, name, technical logs) is processed for the purposes of performing account creation contract, ensuring platform security, preventing spam submissions through automated bot verification, and publishing AI incident reports in the public interest.

3. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data is hosted on secure databases in the EU (Supabase) and application servers (Vercel). No personal data is transferred to any third party for commercial or advertising purposes.

4. Rights of the Data Subject under Article 11

By applying to the data controller, you have the right to:

1. Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
2. Request information if processed,
3. Learn the purpose of processing and whether they are used appropriately,
4. Know the third parties to whom data is transferred domestically or abroad,
5. Request correction if incomplete or incorrectly processed,
6. Request deletion or destruction of personal data,
7. Request notification of these operations to third parties to whom data is transferred,
8. Object to negative consequences of analysis exclusively through automated systems,
9. Request compensation for damages due to unlawful processing.
