Official rules governing the 30-day response window, public status badges, and transparency standards for AI model providers.
Upon publication of a verified incident report, ALPAR AI formally notifies the registered safety/legal contact of the affected AI model provider via verified outreach ([email protected]). The provider is granted a mandatory 30-day response window to review evidence, provide technical context, or outline remediation actions.
Displayed when an official statement is submitted by an authorized provider representative. Verified responses are pinned directly alongside the incident evidence.
Factual status displayed if 30 calendar days elapse without an official response. Stated strictly as an empirical fact ('Notified on [Date], no statement received by [Date]') without attributing fault or intent.
In strict accordance with the ALPAR AI Neutrality Charter, paid utility features (such as k-provider-preview early alerts or pinned response formatting) NEVER permit redaction, score modification, or deletion of valid incident reports.
