Takedown Procedure

4. Good Faith Statement

5. Accuracy Statement
State that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
6. Submit Notice

Counter-Notification
If your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification explaining why the material should be restored. All counter-notifications will be processed in accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).
