Takedown Request

If you believe content hosted on the Platform is unlawful or infringes your rights, you can submit a takedown request below. We review and act on valid requests within 7 days, in line with Article 14 of the EU E-Commerce Directive and KVKK Article 11.
For GDPR data-subject requests (access, deletion, rectification), use privacy@alparai.com instead.
How to file
- Provide the exact URL of the content you want reviewed.
- State the legal ground for your request (copyright, defamation, privacy, etc.).
- Prove your identity. Anonymous requests are not processed.
What happens next
- We acknowledge receipt within 48 hours.
- A moderator reviews the request and the content.
- If valid, content is removed or restricted within 7 days.
- You receive a written decision with reasoning.
Abuse of this process
Submitting takedown requests in bad faith (e.g. to suppress legitimate criticism) is grounds for account suspension and may expose you to liability under the applicable defamation or anti-SLAPP laws.
